Shrooq Mall is one of Al Telal's flagship deliveries: a complete shopping-mall build covering the structural frame, the façade, the retail malls and circulation, the central domed atrium, vertical transportation and the basement parking levels.
The interior fit-out carries the finish level throughout — polished stone floors, illuminated coffered ceilings, and the gold-toned columns and dome that give the centre its identity. Every service route, from MEP to fire and life safety, was coordinated so it disappears into the architecture rather than fighting it.
